Whilst our payment plan enrolment points run three times a year for a September, January and April start – learners who wish to pay for the course in full are able to begin at any point in the year.

This is applicable to our Entry Level Award, as well as all of our Level 1 and 2 qualifications.

Please note, the total cost of the course remains the same as if you were completing the payment plan.

Total cost of each course is as follows:

Entry Level: £240
Level 1 Award: £480
Level 2 Certificate: £600

Once you have made your booking, you will be contacted via email for clarification on which course you are booking onto and with details for payment via Bacs transfer.

Once your payment has been received, your learner will have a log in generated on or before the following Monday (during our term times). If you have booked during one of our offline periods, the log in will be generated on the Monday of our return. You will then have immediate access to the course in full and can begin working your way through at your own pace.

No time limit is set for you to complete your course and you can receive full support to complete for as long as you need and for as long as the course is running.

Cancellation Policy – should you wish to cancel your place on the course it may be possible for you to receive a partial refund on your course. You may request a partial refund within the first 6 months of the month that you booked onto the course of up to 50% of the purchase price. If you have already submitted more than half of your course at this time then the refund will be reduced to reflect this. Refunds can not be issued after a 6 month period.

If you are at all in doubt about whether or not your learner will engage in the course, or whether your circumstances might change and your place on the course may no longer be needed, we would recommend that you book using our payment plan option. This can be cancelled at any point, with no further payments taken (* 3 working days notice are required to cancel before the next payment date).
